Out on one of the first rides with the new KTM 890 SMT. 🔥
My old man is riding his Triumph Street Twin.
Just cruisin', no records where broken 😁
Heated grips on the low setting.
Outside temperature was about 12 degrees celsius.
Need a better microphone setup for the GoPro.

How do you like the sound of the wings muffler compared to stock? Any power increase?
I really like the Wings muffler, great sound both with and without the db-killer. About 5-10 hp increase in combination with the Coober ECU. Muffler alone maybe just a few hp's. 😋

Hi there, I have a couple of questions. How is the road riding comfort ? much vibration? Would a pillion be happy on a road trip? doe the road tyres make a difference to road comfort?
Hi! Comfort is really good. Not too much vibrations and rides fine during longer distances. Passenger sits fine on the pillion, depending on size/weight of course (my wife's pretty small 😊). I think the road tires add some comfort and grip if you are doing mostly road trips (these are maybe 80% road and 20% gravel road spec'd). Stay safe!

How has the 790 been for reliability? Does the slow-speed fueling bother you at all?
Haven't had any problems yet. The slow-speed fueling is pretty ok in the city, but I have a Coober ECU on it. But my previous 1090R Adventure was smoother.
Listen with ear buds you will notice a huge difference 👍👌
